Referee for Fradi v Slovan announced

36 year old Spanish referee Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxea as been on the FIFA list since 2018. He is a native of Bilbao and works as a dental technician. His international experience seems quite limited and this will only be his 2nd Championship qualifier, having refereed Neftchi Baku v Olympiacos at this stage last season. He has refereed Fradi previously in a Europa League qualifier on 12.07.2018, first round, 1st leg when they drew 1-1 at home to Maccabi Tel Aviv. He has no prior games with any Slovakian teams.
