A game of penalties! The first 3 goals all coming from penalties unusually. Nikolic Nemanja put Vidi 1-0 up from the penalty spot, a clear handball leading to the penalty. Musliu seeing red for Vidi after 37 mins with his 2nd yellow and giving away a penalty. Farkas Ádám only added +1 min on the first half – ridiculous. With 2 penalties, 4 yellow cards, 1 red card and 2 VAR reviews, one leading to an OFR it should have been a minimum 3-4 mins. Great start to the 2nd half for Vidi with the 3rd penalty of the game coming just 2 mins after the break. The penalty coming after VAR recommended an OFR. A further VAR review on 73 for a penalty but we didn’t see a 4th one! Kodro having scored Vidi’s 2nd penalty popped up in the 84th min for the first goal of the game from open play. Varga Barnabás pulling one back for Gyirmót on 90+1. Farkas Ádám upsetting Gyirmót during TAO by blowing for full time as they were in the penalty area mounting an attack. For all of Gyirmót’s prettiness they simply lack the bite where it matters. Vidi worthy winners, they didn’t at any point in the game look like they were playing with a man down and overall dominated the game.
