The 45 year old police officer from Spain is a very experienced FIFA match official. He has never refereed the National Team previously although has refereed both Ferencváros in the Champions League Qualifying match v Molde on 23.09.20 and MOL Fehérvár in a Europa League Group L match v BATE Borisov on 29.11.18. He has not refereed the Albanian National Team either although again has refereed 2 teams KF Skënderbeu in the Europa League Group B match v FK Partizan Belgrade on 11.02.17 and FK Laçi in the Europa League Qualifying rounds v Keshla FK on 02.07.15.
